Pour-Over of the Month: February - Rwanda Misozi Kopakaki

Our sweetest light roast, this Rwandan coffee has distinct notes of orange, carried by an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel. It is the amalgamation of over 800 small farmers who have shared their resources and skills, creating a co-op called Kopakaki. This conglomerate joined a larger group called Misozi, which aids in the shipping and processing of the coffee. These co-ops are part of a growing wave of farmers working together to provide better lives for their families.

Rwanda Misozi Kopakaki is available at our Cedarville Café as a pour-over for $3.50, or here, at our online store!
