Summer is approaching quickly, so we're welcoming it in with our featured pour-over: Meixco Chiapas!

One of our most popular roasts, this Mexican Chiapas is a great middle ground in both roast level and flavor, boasting both a full body and complexity that won't overwhelm. This is a great starting place for anyone just getting into the world of specialty coffee, as well as for those well-versed in it.
