Winter Berry Champagne Oolong

Oolong teas can very greatly in flavor depending on how far the leaves were oxidized (Oolong is between a green and black tea in oxidization/flavor).  This Oolong blend is Mao Xie- produced in the Chinese province Fujian and are more lightly oxidized. This combines beautifully with florals, juniper and spices for a festive blend that fits great around the holidays but also tastes great iced!

Ingredients: Dark Oolong, Mao Xie Oolong, Apple Pieces, Hibiscus Flowers, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Rosehips, Organic Star Anise, and Organic Juniper Berries, Strawberry Flavor.

Brewing Suggestions: Heat to 185F, Use 3g or 1.5 tsp for 12oz water. Steep 2-4 minutes.
